Jordan Awoye
Jordan Awoye is the Founder and Managing Principal of Awoye Capital, a New York–based investment and advisory firm focused on disciplined capital allocation, private markets, and long-term wealth creation.
With more than a decade of experience across wealth management, private investments, and capital markets advisory, Jordan works with entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and the structural foundations required to build and preserve wealth over time. His work centers on private market opportunities and long-term capital allocation, with an emphasis on disciplined underwriting, risk management, and durable value creation.
Jordan operates within regulated advisory environments and holds multiple securities licenses, including the Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24, reflecting both investment advisory and supervisory experience within the financial services industry. His background includes exposure to private market transactions and capital formation alongside senior industry professionals including David Weild IV, a leading architect of modern capital formation policy and small-cap market structure. These experiences shaped his perspective on how investors, founders, and institutions access and deploy capital within evolving financial markets. He also holds a Retirement Planning Specialization from the Wharton School of Business and is a Certified Performance Business Advisor.
Jordan’s insights on investing, wealth strategy, and financial markets have appeared in publications including Forbes, CNBC, and Yahoo Finance, and he has contributed financial education and commentary through platforms including American Express. He has also delivered keynote presentations and financial education programs for organizations including the United Nations, NBA, MLS, Wells Fargo, Boys and Girls Club of America, and more.
In addition to his investment work, Jordan founded The Languages of Money, a financial literacy and entrepreneurship education platform focused on expanding access to practical financial knowledge.
Jordan is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University, where he attended on a full athletic scholarship for basketball and graduated with honors. He was later recognized by the New York State Senate for academic achievement and leadership.
Across both his investment management and advisory work, Jordan’s focus remains consistent: advancing disciplined capital stewardship, expanding financial education, and helping individuals and organizations navigate the increasingly complex world of money, investing, and long-term wealth creation.
